Job Responsibilities:
  • Injectable Treatments: Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables safely and effectively according to patient needs, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.
  • Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on post-treatment care, expectations, and potential side effects, providing clear and supportive communication.
  • Client Safety: Maintain strict adherence to infection control practices, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety during treatments.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.
  • Follow-Up Care: Monitor patients' progress post-treatment, address any concerns, and offer additional guidance or treatments as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other medical professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure comprehensive care and excellent results for patients.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Occasionally assist in promoting treatments or participating in promotional events to help grow the clinic's client base.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP): Current state licensure is required.
  • Aesthetic Experience: Proven experience performing injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic services (minimum of 2 years preferred).
  • Certification: Certification in injectable treatments (e.g., Botox and dermal filler certification) is required. Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures are a plus.
