Job description

MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused General Practitioner with experience in cosmetic injecting to join a premier cosmetic aesthetic clinic in Ancaster. Mainly, you will serve as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments. Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).

Current license in good standing with CPSO. Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques. Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing: The medical group's model is performance-driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles. Doctors can typically earn between $220,000 and $975,000+ annually after split, depending on their service volume, case mix, and scope of involvement in the clinic. Injectors are paid based on: Services they personally provide Services they supervise (if applicable) NOTE: Median doctor billings are around $500K annually, with many comfortably in the six figures.
