Location: Loves Park, IL
Pay Range: 70K-150KDOE / Hourly or salary structure options | Contract Required
Shift: Days/PT/FT Schedule: Flexible (At least 20-25 hours per week to start, no weekends) / Opportunity for expansion based on patient demand and clinic growth

This is a unique opportunity to join a wellness organization actively rebuilding and expanding its Nurse Practitioner program. The selected clinician will help lead and shape the future of the functional medicine and wellness division with autonomy, flexibility, and leadership opportunity.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial NP who is passionate about patient-centered wellness care, functional medicine, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and medical aesthetics, with interest in long-term growth, program development, and potential ownership pathways.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Facilitate new patient exams and health history reviews
  • Perform physical examinations and clinical assessments
  • Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic testing including bloodwork and labs
  • Review test results and identify changes in patient conditions
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Administer medications within scope of practice
  • Recommend additional treatments and ongoing care plans as needed
  • Provide referrals and coordinate follow-up with other practitioners
  • Maintain compliant and accurate electronic health records (EHR)
  • Collaborate with chiropractic and wellness team members on integrated care plans
  • Order and coordinate physical therapy and chiropractic services when appropriate
  • Administer and manage IV therapy and wellness infusions
  • Perform trigger point injections and pain management injections (guided and unguided, based on training)
  • Deliver regenerative medicine services (Botox, PRP, ozone, stem cell-related therapies based on experience and scope)
  • Participate in medical aesthetics procedures including Botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and related services (based on training and credentialing)
  • Support development of clinical workflows, protocols, and wellness programs
  • Build long-term patient relationships focused on continuity and outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with active Illinois license (full practice authority preferred)
  • Current malpractice insurance (assistance available if needed)
  • Current CEUs
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
  • Active NPI number (assistance available if needed)
  • CAQH registered (assistance available if needed)
