Description

The Server will work as a front of house team member, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests dining in the restaurant. As a Server, he/she will ensure that only high quality food and beverages are served to our guests, and that they provide them with a personalized service experience.


Primary Responsibilities:


Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages.

Take food orders and enter them into the POS system.

Provide personalized service for every Guest.

Must know all food, liquor, beer, and wine offered.

Complete the daily and weekly cleaning duties. Assist in keeping the restaurant spotlessly clean safe, and sanitary.

Must follow all credit/debit/cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

Previous work experience as a Server.

Must be able to responsibly handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area. Available to work different hours including weekends, days and nights.
