Concrete / Reinforcing Steel Installer

Project: EPT4 Border Wall Project – Antelope Wells, New Mexico
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Position Overview

Durus Industrial is seeking experienced concrete installers to support execution of the EPT4 Border Wall Project located in Antelope Wells, New Mexico.

This position supports structural concrete operations associated with border infrastructure construction including excavation support, formwork, concrete placement, finishing, curing, embeds, and foundation systems in remote heavy civil construction environments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assistwith layout, forming, and structural concrete placement activities
  • Install and strip formwork systems for foundations, walls, and structural components
  • Place,consolidate, finish, and cure concretein accordance withproject specifications
  • Assistwith anchor bolt, embed, and reinforcing steel coordination
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, vibratory equipment, and concrete placement equipment
  • Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and field instructions
  • Maintain production schedules while adhering to strict quality and safety standards
  • Support daily coordination with field supervision and project management teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of concrete construction experience preferred
  • Experience with heavy civil, infrastructure, industrial, or structural concrete work
  • Familiarity with concrete placement procedures, formwork systems, and finishing techniques
  • Ability to work from construction drawings and layout information
  • Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and jobsite expectations
