Job description

We are looking to add another photo booth attendant to our photo booth team!

This position is event-based in the Austin and surrounding areas. We're looking for hard-working, sociable individuals who don't mind physical work and are open to creative collaboration. This role involves picking up and dropping off gear at our office, handling gear weighing up to 60 pounds, creating an aesthetically pleasing photo booth setup, and interacting with guests and planners to deliver an immersive, friendly experience. The events are mostly weddings and corporate events, and the position requires that you own reliable transport (a compact SUV or larger, as you will be responsible for transporting gear to and from events).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and break down the photo booth at various events.

  • Ensure the smooth running of the photo booth software and equipment.

  • Assist guests with using the booth and ensure they have a great experience.

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a fun, friendly atmosphere.

  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and ensure the booth is operating efficiently.

  • Ensure the photo booth area is neat and organized throughout the event.

Requirements:

  • Availability for weekend shifts (and occasional weekday events).

  • Availability to work New Year's Eve and other various holidays (for an increased pay)

  • Own reliable transport (a compact SUV or larger)

  • Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with guests.

  • Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn how to operate photo booth software.

  • Must be reliable and punctual

  • Previous experience in event staff or customer service
