Job description

SPRAY BOOTH FINISHER NEEDED.

New Era Custom Design and Cabinet Works is looking for SPRAY OTH FINISHER with experience spraying . We have been in business since 1979 and have been a leader in the Architectural Millwork field. Our team has done many high end projects that include work at the White House, national land marks, private estates, and large scale. We provide our clients with custom stain matching for each project and can match any paint color as well. The applicants we are looking for must have experience paint shop/department with praying top coats, sealers, and primers. Our booths include (2) large prepping booths and (1) Large down draft spray booth with flash dry room. We use a mix of HVLP pray guns and Airless Air Assist sprayer, as well as pressure pot spray systems. Experience is working in or with Auto body shops is very helpful. Individuals we ware looking for must have a can do attitude, and drive to get work done on time.

Task that will be performed:

  • Manage personnel and maintain quality control of finished product
  • Assisting in the spray booth for helping get project done
  • Knowledge and skill to adjust spray guns per the material required for the job
  • Operation of Dual Action (D/A) sanders
  • Properly cleaning spray booths and guns prior to top coating product
  • Keeping spray areas clean in order to mix the next batch of top coat
  • Filling nail holes with putty
  • Providing in field touch up on an as needed basis
  • Communicate with Management Team on daily tasks
  • Maintaining finish material supplies with Department Manager
