The Dallas Arboretum is looking for an energetic, people-first Lead, Guest Experience Ticket Booth professional to help bring our guest experience to life! In this role, you'll lead a dynamic team at the front lines, ensuring every guest interaction (whether at the ticket booth or over the phone) is welcoming, smooth, and memorable.

  • Guide, coach, and support team members in daily operations

Support Efficient Operations

  • Ensure team adherence to Dallas Arboretum policies and service standards
  • Assist with basic cash handling and ticketing processes
  • Step in wherever needed across Guest Experience department to keep things running smoothly


Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate or G.E.D.

Customer service experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer experience required (Microsoft Office products).

Physical ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods indoors and outdoors regardless of weather conditions.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and seasonal evening hours.

Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements including a background check and drug test
