Position: Marketing Expert — Field Marketing (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Design task briefs from your field marketing or events experience, focusing on the task's true test and decision-making.
  • Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
  • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses.
  • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against your standards.
  • Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize, plan, execute, QA, triage, research, evaluate, report, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Hands-on experience in field marketing or events.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce and project trackers like Asana or Linear.
  • Clear written reasoning.

Preferred

  • Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
