Hobby Lobby Distribution is responsible for receiving, storing and shipping merchandise to all of Hobby Lobby's 1050+ retail stores around the country. Hobby Lobby Distribution has one central Distribution Center, with 12 buildings comprising over 12 million square feet, featuring:

We're looking for Conveyor Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Mechanical Engineering team. If you're mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and want to build a long-term career in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and repair our extensive conveyor systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and some electrical issues
  • Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • Support smooth warehouse operations by reducing equipment downtime

Job Description - Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Basic mechanical knowledge - hands-on experience preferred
  • Some electrical skills are a big plus
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Team oriented
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must be able to obtain a Boom Lift operator's license
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to keep learning
Shift Options & Pay:
  • $20.15 to $20.90 / hour (6am, 3pm or 6pm start time)
  • Opportunity to earn a higher rate after just 90 days!
