Crane Operator - Sarasota / Fort Myers, FL
Crane Operator position available for projects throughout the Sarasota / Fort Myers, Florida area. We are seeking an experienced operator with a strong background in pile driving and Auger Cast Pile (ACP) operations.
Candidates must have applicable crane operator certification and experience operating both lattice boom and hydraulic boom crane configurations.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate lattice boom and hydraulic boom cranes
  • Perform pile driving and Auger Cast Pile (ACP) operations
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required checklists
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform routine operator maintenance on equipment
  • Properly rig, lift, move, and position materials and equipment
  • Ensure equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with company health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with ground crews, supervisors, and other equipment operators
  • Perform other construction duties as needed

Requirements
  • Pile driving and/or Auger Cast Pile experience required
  • Current crane operator certification required
  • Experience with lattice boom and hydraulic boom cranes required
  • Prior heavy civil/construction experience required
  • Knowledge of crane operations, rigging, load charts, and jobsite safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of and commitment to company safety standards
  • Background Check and Drug Test Mandatory
