Job description

We are seeking an office manager to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive our company's success.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): answering phones and emails quickly and in a professional manner, basic accounting duties including bookkeeping in QuickBooks online, invoicing, and processing customer payments through Jobber. You will also need to be able to schedule and manage our service appointments, order product, and keep an updated inventory list.

Qualifications include previous office experience, at least 2 years of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Jobber skills that you can easily display, the ability to prioritize and multitask, strong attention to detail/organization, and excellent communication skills. Spanish speaking is a plus!
