Part-Time In-House Bookkeeper

Custom Home Builder / Remodeler – Santa Fe, NM

Established Santa Fe custom home builder and remodeling company seeking an experienced, highly organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an in-house position approximately 4–6 hours per day. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced with construction accounting and bookkeeping systems.

Responsibilities

  • Daily data entry and bookkeeping in QuickBooks

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

  • Client invoicing

  • Payroll processing and reporting

  • Monthly GRT reporting

  • NTTC management and compliance

  • Collection calls and customer follow-up when necessary

  • Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts

  • Process yearly insurance audits

  • Maintain organized digital and paper records

Qualifications

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel

  • Previous bookkeeping experience required

  • Construction industry experience preferred

  • Familiarity with construction software platforms

  • Strong computer and internet proficiency

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Position Details
