About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, people-first Owner Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our local sales executives and client success teams, helping them maximize the performance of vacation homes while ensuring an exceptional partner experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about hospitality, real estate, or customer success and wants to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in either AL, FL, GA, MD, NM, NC, SC, TN, or TX in order to be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Review owner onboarding documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain owner and property profiles within the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Verify ownership information, contact details, property specifications, amenities, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure all required documentation is received, organized, and properly stored.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all onboarding milestones are completed after a property goes live.
  • Complete and submit short-term rental registration applications and licensing requirements with applicable municipalities.
  • Track registration statuses and maintain compliance records.
  • Ensure all required permits, tax registrations, and documentation are properly filed and maintained
  • Maintain accurate property, owner, and operational records across company systems.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Update property information as needed throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues proactively.
  • Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, hospitality, real estate, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for building relationships
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics; basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to multitask and manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
