Can you work at a book store without a degree?

Many bookstore positions, such as cashier or sales associate, do not require a college degree and often prioritize customer service skills and knowledge of books. Employers typically look for relevant experience, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle tasks like stocking and operating cash registers.
