Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Registered Nurse – Palo Alto, CA

Location: Palo Alto, California
Experience Level: Experienced (3+ years in outpatient BMT preferred)

Are you a compassionate and skilled RN ready to make a real difference in the lives of patients undergoing bone marrow transplants? Join our dynamic team in Palo Alto, where your expertise will help guide patients through complex treatment plans with care and precision.

Pay - The anticipated wage for this position is between $83.00 and $85.00

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing bone marrow transplant procedures in an outpatient setting.
  • Coordinate and manage patient care, including monitoring treatment plans, lab results, and medications.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, supporting and educating patients and families throughout the treatment journey.
  • Participate in case management, patient navigation, or chemotherapy administration as applicable.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of RN experience in outpatient BMT (more experience highly valued).

Licenses & Certifications:

  • California RN license (CA-RN) – required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association – required
  • Chemotherapy certification – a plus, but not required

Additional Preferred Experience:

  • Nurse navigation
  • Case management
  • Outpatient oncology care
