Greenville Center, managed by AdviniaCare, a leading provider of senior living services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business office. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience assisting or managing the business office of a healthcare facility, preferably a skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and human resources duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and posts accounts payable and receivable transactions

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports

  • Performs routine audits and reconciliations of financial statements

  • Assists in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

  • Provides excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff members

  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion

  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
