We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boiler Technician to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boiler systems that support production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in maintaining industrial steam systems.

Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and steam systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on boilers, pumps, valves, and piping systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues related to boiler operations
  • Monitor system readings including pressure, temperature, and fuel usage
  • Maintain proper water treatment and chemical levels
  • Respond quickly to alarms, malfunctions, or emergencies
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records
  • Support installation and upgrades of boiler and utility systems
