Responsibilities

  • Service, repair, and replace commercial and industrial boiler systems.
  • Perform inspections, equipment repairs, and system startups.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Adhere to all company and industry safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain proper inventory.
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, serviced, and in proper working order.
  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
Qualifications
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills are a must.

  • Previous experience with commercial and industrial boilers and systems.

  • Proven track record of servicing and replacing boiler systems.
  • Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
