Job Description: As a team member at Chick-fil-A, duties and key responsibilities include excellent customer service and courtesy. Team members are expected to utilize their knowledge of positional skills, uphold and apply the company's health and safety guidelines, and they are directed to follow all company policies and operational procedures with a positive attitude. Team members also have to provide quality products and services while advocating a safe and clean environment to make sure that one hundred percent customer satisfaction is being provided. Team members must have strong and highly efficient customer service skills and a positive attitude towards everything. 

Back of House Team Members at Chick-fil-A have the main responsibility of preparing all menu items to Chick-fil-A specifications. Duties may include salad and produce prep, preparation, packaging and labeling of all menu items, prepping items for use, stocking thawing cabinets and other areas, ensuring proper rotation of stock, cleaning, and other special duties as delegated by management. They also need to deal with a variety of issues associated with customer service. Chick-fil-A is fast-paced and high-volume as well, so team members are expected to have the right attitude in order to cope with various problems that may arise during their shift. 

Requirements and Qualifications: You must have problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence in any situation. We are looking for a dependable, motivated and ambitious person interested in self-improvement with the potential of working into management positions.
