Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced engineer to support electrical manufacturing and digital work instruction development. The role involves working with IT developers, design engineering, and operations teams to create database-driven and graphical electrical work instructions. Responsibilities include supporting electrical fabrication systems, troubleshooting production issues, and improving digital manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain digital electrical work instructions and database-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Operations teams to support graphical PDD/DPDD work instructions.
  • Support electrical fabrication processes and manufacturing systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and supplier issues.
  • Ensure work instructions are accurate, user-friendly, and multimedia-enabled.

Shift & Travel:

  • 1st Shift
  • Overtime and weekends may be required
  • No travel required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Assembly & Installation (A&I) Manufacturing Engineering Skill Code 66R – Level 4
  • Strong experience in electrical manufacturing and fabrication processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Boeing electrical wire bundle fabrication
  • Experience with WIRS, EWIRE, D-Documents, and related specifications
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and IT development lifecycle
  • Strong testing and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented approach

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, OR
  • Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience, OR
  • PhD with 4+ years of experience
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from an accredited institution.
