What is bodybuilding?

A bodybuilding job typically involves working as a professional bodybuilder, trainer, coach, or fitness model. Many in the field work as personal trainers or online influencers, sharing expertise in muscle growth and performance.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a professional bodybuilder?
