Body Shop Technician - Collision Center

Location:ย Albuquerque, NM

Quality Dealerships is hiring an experiencedย Auto Body/Collision Repair Technicianย to join our high-volume, quality-driven Collision Center. If you take pride in fit, finish, and cycle time-and want weekends off- this is the right bay for you.

Core Responsibilities
  • Disassemble/reassemble vehicles; document all hidden damage
  • Repair/replace panels; perform structural and unibody straightening
  • MIG/spot welding; basic aluminum repair & bonding; plastic repair
  • Measure and verify repairs per OEM procedures and repair plans
  • Work with estimators on supplements and parts accuracy
  • Pre-/post-repair scans and QC sign-offs in line with shop process
  • Maintain a safe, clean bay and comply with all shop safety standards
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years professional collision/body repair experience
  • Strong metal finishing, panel fitment, and structural repair skills
  • Ability to read OEM procedures and follow repair plans
  • Ownership mindset: quality, productivity, and teamwork
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Nice to Have
  • I-CAR Pro Level or progress toward it
  • OEM certification experience (any brand)
  • Familiarity with estimating platforms and electronic supplements
  • Aluminum repair, bonding/riveting experience

  • Documented QC flow with pre/post scan requirements
