Job description

Join a growing automotive repair team serving customers across Miami- Dade and Broward Counties. This is a field-based role for an experienced technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality paint and body repairs directly at customer locations.

You'll enjoy the independence of working on the road, a consistent flow of appointments, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business.

Service Area: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hialeah, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform mobile automotive paint and body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint touch-ups at customer locations.
  • Complete dent repairs, bumper repairs, panel replacement, paint touch-ups, and cosmetic refinishing.
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, priming, and paint application.
  • Match paint colours accurately and ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Maintain and upkeep of tools, equipment, and company service vehicle.
  • Offer courteous and professional service to all clients.
  • Manage daily schedules and service routes efficiently to optimize service delivery.
  • Document completed repairs and report progress as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive paint and body repair.
  • Strong knowledge of paint systems, surface preparation, and repair techniques.
  • Experience with dent removal, paint blending, refinishing, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
