About the Role:

The Body Shop Technician at our Houston Store plays a critical role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to assess damage, perform repairs, and refinish vehicle surfaces using industry-standard techniques and tools. The technician collaborates closely with estimators, parts specialists, and other team members to deliver high-quality workmanship within established timelines. Safety and compliance with environmental regulations are paramount, as the role involves handling various materials and equipment responsibly. Ultimately, the Body Shop Technician contributes significantly to customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, durable, and visually flawless vehicle repairs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar automotive repair role.
  • Knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and technical instructions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification from a recognized automotive body repair program (e.g., I-CAR, ASE).
