Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage
Write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE (preferred)
Upload photos, estimates, and documentation to insurance portals
Communicate clearly with customers and insurance adjusters
Identify additional damage and write supplements
Coordinate repair flow with technicians and parts department
Review repair plans to ensure safe, OEM-compliant repairs
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Experience as an Auto Body Collision Estimator (required)
Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and labor operations
Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple estimates at once
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Valid driver’s license
Preferred (Not Required)
I-CAR and/or ASE certifications
Experience in an independent body shop environment
