Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers, help making insurance claims and prepare estimates/photos for upload and approval; Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Knowledge of most major Insurance Direct Repair Program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards Maintain contact with customer while vehicle is in the repair process, maintaining communication regarding status of repair Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer’s vehicle Requirement: Prior dealership experience a must!
