Mechanical Skill.We're looking for an experienced, mechanically inclined Die Cutter Machine Operator who knows how to keep equipment running, quality high, and production moving.If you have hands-on experience operating die-cutting or similar sheet-fed equipment, enjoy troubleshooting machinery and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, this could be your next career move!As part of our manufacturing team, you'll work with specialized equipment used in the production of charitable and lottery gaming products while having the opportunity to use your technical skills, lead others and contribute to continuous improvement.What You'll DoAs a Die Cutter Machine Operator, you'll set up, operate, monitor and troubleshoot die-cutting equipment while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and according to quality specifications.Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:Set up, operate, and troubleshoot die cutter machines for accurate and efficient production.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to minimize downtime and material waste.Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Read and interpret work orders, specifications and production documentation.Work closely with Quality Control to identify and resolve product quality concerns.Direct the activities of assigned helpers and assist with training new operators.Accurately complete work center time sheets and required production documentation.Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.Rotate into other production positions as needed to support operational demands.Follow all company safety procedures, policies and regulatory requirements.Other duties as required.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who combines machine operation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability and attention to detail with the ability to keep production moving in a fast-paced environment.Two (2) to four (4) years of technical training or related machine operation experience.Three (3) to five (5) years of experience operating die-cutting equipment.Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Knowledge of sheet-fed equipment; printing experience is not required.Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints and production specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Ability to direct helpers and assist with training team members.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Ability to work efficiently while maintaining production and quality expectations.Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Ability to work well in a diverse environment.Additional Requirements:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.Ensuring the safety of our employees and compliance with industry regulations is our top priority.
