JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service

  • Provide a "Remarkable Experience" by connecting with guests and maintaining a friendly dine-in atmosphere.
  • Master the Menu: Prepare beverages (including boba) and fulfill orders via POS, phone, and shipping.
  • Efficiency: Work with urgency to ensure fast service and smooth order fulfillment.

Food Production & Operations

  • Baking: Manage cookie & product stock to prevent flavor shortages.
  • Inventory: Proactively restock stations and coolers; alert Shift Leaders to low inventory before rush hours and EOD

Store Maintenance

  • Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine environment through regular dining room, restroom, and kitchen stations.
  • Safety: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized Back of House (BOH).

Teamwork & Accountability

  • Communication: Coordinate with the team for area coverage.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to store changes and execute all tasks assigned by leadership to a high standard.
