About Noovo

Noovo builds premium Class B camper vans. Our LA Boutique is the flagship location for an immersive "try before you buy" experience combining a showroom, rental program, and community hub for the van life and outdoor adventure crowd.

The Role

You'll own the end-to-end rental operation at the LA Boutique. From first customer inquiry to post-trip follow-up. You're the person who makes renters feel confident, keeps the vans in perfect condition, and turns a great rental experience into a sale.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You'll be on the floor, in the vans, and on the phone. Details matter here. Every van prep, every handoff, every check-in follows a defined process. It suits someone who takes pride in doing things right, is comfortable working across digital tools, and loves the outdoors.

Responsibilities

Platform & Reservations

  • Monitor and respond to all incoming inquiries on our rental platform, Wheelbase
  • Manage reservation requests and calendar availability
  • Handle all renter communications pre, during, and post trip
  • Generate utilization and revenue reports

Pre-Trip

  • Inspect and prepare vans for each rental
  • Check and restock consumables (propane, toilet chemicals, paper goods, first aid)
  • Complete pre-trip photo documentation
  • Confirm renter details and trip readiness

Check-in

  • Conduct thorough walkthrough of all van systems with each renter
  • Cover driving, living systems, waste management, and emergency procedures
  • Set expectations on return conditions

During Trip

  • Be available to assist renters with questions or issues remotely

Returns & Post-Trip

  • Manage van check-out and return inspection
  • Verify return conditions: fuel, cassette, grey tank, accessories, no damage
  • Complete post-trip photo documentation
  • Handle damage documentation, customer communication, and insurance claim initiation if needed
  • Process deposit refunds and request reviews
  • Manage laundry, restock, and detailing coordination
  • Keep the maintenance log current and coordinate scheduled service

Boutique Support

  • Assist with boutique operations during open hours, events, and off-site activations as needed

  • Mechanically inclined comfortable learning and explaining RV systems (electrical, plumbing, waste)
  • Strong communicator clear, warm, and professional with customers

  • Saturday availability for pick-ups, returns, and events
