Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Black River Health

Location: Black River Falls, WI
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, Day Shift | 1 in 3 call | with 8 weeks off per year

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesiology Program with a master’s degree, doctoral degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is considered based on years of experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia care in an acute care setting is required
  • Valid state RN license (must meet education requirements for state licensure)
  • Valid APRN recognition (must meet education requirements for state recognition and obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
  • Must maintain current ALS/ACLS (Advanced Life Saving/Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • Must maintain current BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the professional rescuer certification
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PLS/PALS (Pediatric Life Saving/Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications are required within one year of employment
