We are Paradise Yacht Management (PYM), the largestexclusively crewed term charter yacht management company in theCaribbean, strategically based in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Currently, we have charter yachts available for qualified teams (Captain and Chef) to crew for the current and upcoming seasons. This listing is for a Captain, and if you have a Chef partner, we will gladly accept both applications.

Requirements:
  • Able to work 10Months (Oct 15th. - July 31st) in St. Thomas, USVI
  • Active USCG or RYA License (where applicable) with sailing endorsement
  • FCC Marine Radio Operator Permit
  • Is responsible for the safe care and operation of the yacht and guests aboard a typical 7-day live-aboard charter yacht vacation
  • Fun, professionalattitude & live our company core values (Honor, Integrity, Seek Knowledge, & Have Fun)

Preferences:
  • STCW Certifications
  • Familiar with the"Term Yacht Charter Industry."
  • Yachting, cruising, and/or sailing experience
  • Service/hospitality experience
  • Yacht operations; Charter preparation, provisioning, cleaning, maintenance
  • Administrative recordkeeping and social media experience

Contractlength: 10-24months (Annual with 10 months on and 2 months off)
