Position Overview
Madera Community Hospital is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join our growing radiology and procedural services team. This position provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, minimally invasive therapies while supporting both inpatient and outpatient care. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening access to interventional radiology services throughout Madera and the surrounding Central Valley communities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures, including vascular and non-vascular interventions
  • Provide diagnostic imaging interpretations as part of the radiology team
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians, hospitalists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in shared call coverage as needed
  • Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology (ABR)
  • Active California medical license or eligibility
  • Commitment to mission-driven, community-focused healthcare
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
