Responsibilities: 

  • Performs service valet pick-up and delivery functions

  • Safely operates Center loaner vehicles and customer vehicles during pick-up and delivery

  • Transports and organizes vehicles on the dealership lot, making sure they are clean and have gas

  • Performs basic explanation of loaner policies and guidelines to customers and secures authorization signatures on loaner contract

  • Cleans customer vehicles as needed in limited circumstances

  • Verifies receipt of and performs damage inspection on loaner vehicles when picking up from customers

Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous valet and/or customer service experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
