Job Title: BMW Service Technician
Company: Chapman BMW on Camelback
Location: 830 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm | Rotating Saturdays
Pay: up to $45 per flag hour (DOE and certifications)

Our Chapman BMW on Camelback team in Phoenix is currently seeking a BMW Service Technician to join our service department. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on BMW vehicles while ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to grow within a professional, high-performing dealership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair BMW systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
  • Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended repairs to Service Advisors
  • Accurately document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and completed work
  • Complete repairs according to repair orders and dealership standards
  • Perform warranty repairs in compliance with BMW manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of BMW Technician experience required
  • ASE and/or BMW certifications strongly preferred
  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
