BMC is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Associate Proposal Manager to support customer-facing requests that are critical to building trust and enabling business growth. In this role, you will help ensure BMC delivers accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, supplier assessments, and other customer information requests spanning governance, compliance, business operations, sustainability, and corporate practices.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Legal, Security, Compliance, Product, and Corporate Functions. You will play a key role in enabling customer confidence by coordinating complex information requests, maintaining high-quality response content, and driving continuous improvements in how BMC manages and delivers customer-facing information.

As the function evolves, you will also contribute to innovation initiatives focused on AI, content automation, and proposal management for best practices, helping improve both response quality and operational efficiency.

• Manage the delivery of customer-facing requests, including RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, supplier assessments, and other business information requests.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and organize accurate, consistent, and customer-ready content.
• Coordinate responses related to corporate governance, compliance, security, sustainability, privacy, business operations, and other enterprise topics as required.
• Maintain and continuously improve centralized repositories of approved responses, supporting documentation, and customer-facing content.
• Ensure customer-facing information remains accurate, current, organized, and audit-ready.
• Support initiatives that leverage AI, automation, and content management technologies to improve scalability and effectiveness across the proposal management process.
• Research emerging industry trends, proposal management best practices, and developments in AI and large language models (LLMs) to help evolve the function and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze customer questionnaire data, response trends, win/loss feedback, content utilization, and recurring request patterns to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics that measure response effectiveness, content performance, turnaround times, and operational efficiency.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that improve customer experience, content quality, and proposal outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to increase content reuse, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability through data-driven process optimization.

• You have gained experience through internships, graduate programs, or professional roles supporting proposals, compliance, customer questionnaires, business operations, sustainability initiatives, program coordination, or data analysis.
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• You can manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, or similar technologies to support decision-making.
• You are curious about emerging technologies and motivated to leverage AI, automation, and process improvement to drive better business outcomes.
