Job Title:I.T. Systems Facilities Coordinator
Compensation: $50 - $60k/year
Job Location:160 Raritan Center Pkwy, Edison, NJ 08837
Job Type:Full- time Permanent (Monday - Friday| 9AM - 5PM)
Reports to:Director of Systems and Facilities
Job Overview:
The Systems and Facilities Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of BluPax Pharma's IT infrastructure and facilities. This position serves as the first point of contact for all technical issues, supports IT needs for both office and warehouse teams, and oversees the organization, maintenance, and inventory of equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of following tasks from initiation to completion, while demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Problem Solving
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related support requests from office and warehouse staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor the Alluvia portal for alerts, failed orders, and system issues; take prompt corrective action.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to maintain business continuity.
  • Provide daily support to users, ensuring optimal access to tools, systems, and resources.
Device & Equipment Management
  • Maintain and manage temporary equipment such as laptops and phones, ensuring proper setup, usage, and return.
  • Keep an up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware including computers, printers, and handheld devices.
  • Set up and configure user devices with necessary software, security protocols, and company standards.
  • Manage and update handheld devices used in the warehouse, including GPS tracking setup and firmware updates.
Account & System Access Management
  • Administer company email accounts and manage user permissions for all systems, ensuring secure and appropriate access.
  • Handle SAP user password resets and access control.
  • Oversee and monitor KnowBe4 weekly security awareness testing and follow up on incomplete trainings.
Office & Warehouse Supplies Management
  • Order toner, ink, and other operational supplies for printers and office equipment to avoid disruptions.
  • Manage and maintain the Pitney Bowes account and postage machine; ensure accurate billing and functionality.
  • Coordinate supply levels to meet operational demands and support shipping/mailing processes.
IT Room & Equipment Organization
  • Ensure the IT room remains clean, organized, and secure.
  • Maintain proper labeling, storage, and accessibility of all equipment and components.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on all IT equipment.
  • Implement procedures for responsible disposal of outdated or damaged IT assets.
Facilities Tasks
  • Collaborate with Directors to ensure facilities-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work with multiple departments to communicate, document, and resolve facility issues as they arise.
  • Support the Director in monitoring and maintaining facility temperature control requirements.
