Job Summary:
A leading Bluefield hotel is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician for our location in Bluefield, WV. This is a full-time, hourly position with great potential for growth and advancement. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facility and equipment. Your attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, and excellent time management skills will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and changing air filters
• Conduct inspections of the facility and equipment to identify issues and potential hazards
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repairs and projects
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage area
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and staff
• Adhere to all safety standards and policies
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and vendors
Requirements:
