  • Research Target-specific trends, category opportunities, and emerging brands to support business development efforts
  • Build and maintain lead generation lists and prospect tracking tools
  • Monitor retail, consumer, and industry trends that may impact client growth strategies

  • Support prospect research, outreach preparation, and opportunity tracking
  • Help develop materials that showcase Bluebird's capabilities and value proposition

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain sales tracking tools, internal documentation, and pipeline updates
  • Support reporting, data organization, and performance tracking activities
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting projects, including VIQ reporting and sales-related analysis
  • Help maintain accurate records and visibility across active projects and opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to support ongoing business initiatives
  • Coordinate information and updates across teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Support special projects and other initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Learn Bluebird's approach to retail, client management, and business development while building foundational commercial experience

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships, part-time work, or early-career professional experience
  • Interest in sales, account management, business development, retail, or commercial strategy
  • Exposure to sales, marketing, research, retail, or customer-facing environments preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable gathering, organizing, and analyzing information
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
