Job description

Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Permanent Placement Full-Time Tennessee
Blue United Sourcing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Tennessee. This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation setting. New PT graduates are encouraged to apply!
Position Details
  • Setting: Outpatient
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
    • 3 days: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • 2 days: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Assignment: Ongoing
  • Locations:
    • 2 locations in Smyrna
    • 1 location in Murfreesboro
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing range of motion, strength, balance, posture, ambulation, and functional independence
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure treatment plans are properly executed
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Utilize the NETHEALTH system for documentation and reporting
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or Compact License
  • CPR certification
  • Basic PC skills and experience with EMR systems
  • Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
  • New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
