Job description

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to become a part of our team! Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to keeping production and quality best in class, communicating with Blue Streak customers, city officials and the public. You will supervise the production and operations. As the manager of field operations your daily duties include managing the scheduling of jobs and performing routine review of quality control field checks, assigning crews work, verifying permit applications, overseeing employee issues including overtime, fleet maintenance and maintaining warehouse stock levels are also a part of your job oversight duties. You will diligently inspect and approve the process from beginning to end of all aspects regarding the construction projects. Also, you will be accountable for the reviewing of daily reports and highlighted prints. Once construction projects are complete, all documentation will be forwarded to the customer for final billing. You will be held accountable to make the E.C.D. issued at the time of awarded job and making weekly revenue targets without failure.
