We are seeking a locally rooted, community-driven Membership Sales Manager to grow awareness, generate leads, and drive membership sales for AirMedCare Network across Blue Ridge, GA and neighboring communities. This role is ideal for someone who understands the lifestyle, values, and needs of residents across North Georgia and Western North Carolina. You will serve as a visible ambassador in towns like Blue Ridge and surrounding areas, building a pipeline through meaningful local engagement.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services that provide peace of mind to families, outdoor enthusiasts, retirees, and small business owners across rural and mountainous communities.

Responsibilities:

Drive Local Impact: Sales Manager will spend approximately 90% of your time in the field across North Georgia and bordering North Carolina counties, meeting residents, business owners, and community leaders where they live and work. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership, especially in areas where access to emergency care may require air transport.

Develop Relationships: Build a strong local presence through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, and participation in community events such as county fairs, mountain festivals, farmers markets, chamber of commerce meetings, and partnerships with first responders, healthcare providers, and local organizations.

Sales Process Management: Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative and educational approach that aligns AMCN’s services with the real-world needs of families, retirees, commuters, and employers across the territory.

Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN as a trusted community partner by actively participating in civic groups, local business networks, and regional events. Build lasting relationships that increase brand visibility and credibility throughout Blue Ridge and surrounding counties.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent regional travel is essential.

Sales Expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience working in rural, relationship-driven, or community-based markets is highly valued.

Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services is preferred.
