Job description

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing essential speech-language services in a supportive school environment near Blue Ridge, GA. This contract opportunity invites dedicated professionals to deliver in-person therapy to a diverse pediatric population, starting at least two days per week with the potential for expanded hours as student caseloads grow. Your expertise will guide children toward better communication skills, building both confidence and academic success.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC or eligible for CFY)
  • Experience providing SLP services in schools and/or healthcare settings
  • Background in pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to growing caseloads and evolving schedules
  • Commitment to in-person, direct services—teletherapy not available for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based SLP services to children in a school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to support students’ communication development
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district and ASHA standards
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing student progress reviews
  • Adapt approaches as needed to meet the individual needs and learning profiles of each child

You’ll be working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where your skills are valued, and your impact reaches beyond the therapy room. With the opportunity to increase your workdays as demand rises, this role offers an ideal balance of flexibility and stability.

If you’re eager to empower students through direct, hands-on speech-language therapy, submit your application today to explore this rewarding opportunity. Step into a role where every day you have the chance to make a difference!
