UNC Health Blue Ridge, a not-for-profit healthcare system nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physician for a Nocturnist Hospitalist role.
Location Highlights:
  • Minutes off the I-40 corridor
  • 1 hour from Charlotte, Boone, and Asheville
  • Surrounded by mountains, lakes, and state parks
Opportunity Highlights:
  • Schedule: 7-on/7-off, 7 PM - 7 AM
  • Role: ICU management one week, floor management the next
  • Procedures: Opportunity to maintain and grow procedural skills
  • Education: Participate in teaching IM residents and medical students
  • Support: Full spectrum of specialty care including Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Oncology, Surgery, and more
Candidate Requirements:
  • Internal Medicine trained
  • ABIM certified or board eligible
  • Ability to be credentialed in procedures
