Job Description 

UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeks a Family Medicine Physician at Cajah’s Mountain Medical Associates.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Family Medicine Practice within a rural community.
  • Collaborative team based practice

  • Flexible hours and schedule- the ability to work 3 (12 hour shifts) or 4.5 ( 8 hour shifts)
  • Will be able to see acute and chronic patients 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine or DO school
  • Board Certified
  • North Carolina Licensed or in the Process
  • BLS and ACLS certified

Professional Experience Requirements:

  • New Grads welcome to apply

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

  • Demonstrated clinical competency.
  • Preventive Care
  • Management of Acute and Chronic health issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
  •  Effective interaction and care of patients
  • Documentation of medical records for accurate billing
