This position is part-time, 10 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with school leaders to plan school-based open houses, enrollment information meetings, and other school-based recruitment events.
  • Represent the school at key community events, recruitment fairs, and other community outreach events.
  • Plan and facilitate opportunities for new families to get involved with the school. Help secure their decision to join the school family by reaching out to prospective and newly accepted families to keep them engaged, excited, and informed.


Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in sales, marketing, or business and/or recruitment-related work within a school or similar field.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus.
