As Manager, S&M Process Optimization, you will take on a highly visible leadership role within the S&M Business Performance and Compliance team, helping shape how work gets done across Supply & Marketing. This is an opportunity to lead a team focused on delivering measurable business value by leveraging existing CITGO technology and tools to improve efficiency, reduceg cost and risk exposure, and support revenue growth. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Job Duties

Lead and inspire a high‑performing team of process optimization professionals, coaching, mentoring, and developing expertise in leveraging Power Apps, Power Platform, and existing CITGO technologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Act as a visible change leader, championing transformation by clearly articulating vision, building buy‑in, working through roadblocks and driving adoption of optimization initiatives across the organization.

Partner closely with Supply & Marketing stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business value- maximizing the use of existing CITGO systems, data, and digital capabilities to enhance performance across operations and the marketplace.

Drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring successful delivery of targeted outcomes related to efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and revenue growth.

Job Duties II

Rapidly assess and deconstruct complex business processes, applying quantitative analysis, stakeholder insights and available CITGO tools and technologies to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, sustainable improvements.

Ensure integrity and compliance across all initiatives, designing solutions that align with regulatory requirements, company policies, governance standards, and approved enterprise technology frameworks.

Collaborate with IT to unlock the power of data, defining requirements, enabling advanced analytics, and leveraging automation tools and other CITGO approved technologies to develop scalable process optimization solutions.

Shape the future of process optimization at CITGO by influencing long-term technology and tool adoption strategies in partnership with IT, aligning with enterprise priorities.
