Blue Mountain Construction Services in Vacaville, CA has an Immediate opening for an Experienced Residential HVAC Customer Service Representative!
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the excellent customer service in the HVAC Warranty Service department. Handle incoming phone calls from end-consumers needing warranty or maintenance service; schedule service appointments, maintain end-consumer warranty records and build customer relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming phone calls from end-consumers for the HVAC Warranty Service dept. in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Working with end-consumer, schedule all warranty service and maintenance appointments and new installation appointment and inspections.
  • Contact scheduled consumers with appointment reminders and status update calls.
  • Using tracking software, update customer's home warranty information immediately upon notification from the field of work performed.
  • Coordinate with service team to dispatch technicians per skill level required and customer's location.
  • Follow up and follow through with customers and builders to help maintain good customer relationships.
  • Solve warranty or maintenance service issues as independently as possible.
  • All other duties as assigned by Service Manager.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must possess a minimum of two years experience in a customer service position, preferably handling warranty claims and/or scheduling.
  • Must possess basic clerical and prior data entry experience.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Word and Excel required.
  • Bi-lingual communication skills in both Spanish and English highly desired.
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate. Must be able to communicate effectively in English both in verbal and written formats.
  • Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all levels of employees and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Must possess mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.

In addition to base salary, this job may be eligible to participate in our corporate discretionary bonus program, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar industry companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is: $20.00 - $22.00.
