Job Description
Responsibilities :
Manage weekly collection, validation, and transformation of client Install Base (IB) data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for upload into internal IT systems.
Identify data discrepancies through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve data quality and consistency.
Analyze IB data trends to generate actionable business insights and proactively alert leadership to emerging patterns or risks.
Collect and validate SLA miss data from supply chain execution partners, ensuring alignment with alternate data sources and preparing inputs for executive dashboards.
Design, develop, and maintain analytical reports covering key supply chain metrics such as product shipments, backlog, IB renewals, and inventory on-hand.
Solve complex supply chain challenges using data mining, analytics, and sound business judgment to drive operational improvements.
Drive process automation and simplification initiatives in alignment with continuous improvement (CI) goals and cross-functional workstream planning.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of insights and reporting, supporting strategic decision-making.
