Blue Rhino is seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Production Specialist to join our hardworking and safety-focused team. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role where you’ll frequently lift and stack 40 lb. propane cylinders while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak-tested, and inspected, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. If you enjoy physical, team-oriented work and have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact every day.

  • Performs Washer functions which include placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
  • Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations.
  • Completes Paint Line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
  • Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
  • Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
  • Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
  • Stacks finished product.
  • Checks for quality assurance.
  • Some positions may require the ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions

  • Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
  • Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
  • Ability to work overtime, as required
  • Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
