Inventory Control Specialist

Knoxville, TN | On-Site | 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Blue Diamond Attachments is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist who enjoys solving discrepancies, keeping things organized, and making sure the numbers in the system match what is actually on the floor.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and inventory audits.
  • Research discrepancies and help identify root causes.
  • Maintain accurate receipts, transfers, adjustments, and inventory records.
  • Support quality checks before products move into stock or ship.
  • Prepare inventory variance and accuracy reports.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Safely operate material-handling equipment as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of inventory control or related experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP experience; Syteline or similar experience is a plus.
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
